Refunds, returns or replacement (if applicable) 

Should your item be defective, please contact us within 7 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Refunds will be given through your Credit Card via Paypal.

As a New Zealand business we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
